Unlockyourpotential has been founded by Lieke van Gompel, who has trained thousands of people worldwide: from Afghanistan, DPRK, Iraq, and Yemen, to South Sudan, Botswana, CAR, and many more.
One thing became more clear with each new training experience: Lieke noticed how much potential people have, but that most of us experience many barriers at work that prevent us from connecting to our inner genius and massive potential. Just to mention a few: the fear of failure, micro-management, elevated levels of stress, limited feedback. And the list goes on.
Therefore, she also started consulting companies on how they can lower the barriers to learning and development. And thus (finally) unlock the potential of their people!
